On August 8th I forgot a band diamond wedding ring and black face Timex watchI spoke with Christopher several times who not only told me he found the items but would send it to me via USPS and charge the shipping to my credit cardTo date I am still waiting and I verified that the charge was never made to my credit cardI again spoke with the manager Cynthia on 9/and she said she would contact Christopher to speak to him about the itemsI didn't get a return phone call on that day nor 9/I called the hotel on 10/01, left a message to have her call me and no contacteas madeIt has been moswith no answer, no items and much frustrationThe ring alone was worth over $and I would like to get some answers!
