I'm an Monarch Grand owner since and I have experience good customer service from the front desk at the Cancun utilizing Day Passes for my family during the summersbut their policy changed this year and I was requesting a day pass or to reserve their Pyramid Room for a reception in days -11/ I got push back from the reservation line, so I tried to accommodate their new policy and booked rooms MrB [redacted] came out from his office, Personally gave us a tour and offered to help Within hours MrB [redacted] got an approval from Gary to use the facility which demonstrates why MrB [redacted] is the Operations Director! He is efficient, prompts, and should be recognized for his Phenomenal Customer Service Alice Uand [redacted] Family

Within 24 hours Mr. B[redacted] got an approval from Gary to use the facility which demonstrates why Mr. B[redacted] is the Operations Director!
