Review: Very rigid contract terms. Even with a two week notice they will not let you cancel the trip nor allow you to reschedule at a later time without significant penalties. I called and tried to work out a reasonable settlement but they defaulted to their " policy" The terms of cancellation were on the confirmation email. They told me that they had special terms for valentines day that supersedes the other terms which are still clearly shown on the confirmation letter. The policy was not clear at the time of my purchase as I would have consulted with my wife prior. As it turns out I was unaware of an alternative commitment that did not allow for this trip.Desired Settlement: Credit

Our call center representatives are generally not allowed to offer refunds, however had the guest contacted our New York us directly and based on the extenuating circumstances as presented, we would have reviewed his specific situation. In all likelihood we will be sold out for Valentine's Day and his tickets can be sold. I will therefore authorize a credit to his card
