This company is awful. My boyfriend and I were supposed to have won a free trip for sitting through a presentation from Sundance and this is the company that was to organize the trip. We got this in writing. We ended up calling a total of four times and waited on hold for over thirty minutes before someone would speak to us each time. Once we got a hold of someone we were put back on a 20-40 minute hold while they "check availability." We were continuously hung up on and never called back. Once someoe did give us availabilities, they were not for the dates we selected and we learned that we would in fact have to pay at least $300 to take any type of trip whatsoever and that was to a destination other than what we requested. In order to go where we wanted, and were told would be free, we would have to pay $960 and it would be on dates other than what we selected. This entire roust is a total scam. I would advise anyone who has the option to interact with this company to stay far far away.
