We recorded a song with this Studio/company. We paid a lot of money to get everything done. When we approached them on all the issues we had they told us in various emails that all things were corrected and done on their part. Things were not done, and what was done had to be done over. It made us miss all the deadlines we had set up and it cost us an additional money. We asked to work something out to at least help us get a reasonable reimbursement of [redacted] dollars to the band.
