HIGHLY ADVICE STAYING FAR AWAY
On 4-20-I had made a claim with my home warranty company to get my A/C checked out because it was not running correctlyA tech was called out from Climate Control by the name of ***He checks out my unit and said that it was leaking all over the condenserConsidering I have home warranty, they wanted to first use a sealant before replacing anything (, which I can respect.) *** put the sealant in my unit and put pounds of coolantEverything was working fine with it until 6-1-At that point, I made another claim to get it checked out again, and the warranty company sends out a different companyThey make the claim that the unit is low on coolant againThe cause was from a test valve that was not put back on properly when the previous tech was there (, ***.) Considering that *** *** claimed he was a tech/Owner that stood by his work, I decided to call him to see if he would warranty his workThe conversation started nice, but he quickly turned into a very hateful person; he began screaming at me and claiming that I was cheap for having home warrantyMaking crying noises and mocking me for each response I hadHome warranty can cost as much as $*** for a single house holdHe stated that I was trying to get everything for free, that I should not be so cheap and pay for a new unitNot only was it his fault for my condenser to leak, he claimed that there was no way my unit would hold lbsof coolantAfter which I reminded him that he charged me for lbsThis to me meant that he wrongfully charged me for more coolant than I neededThe conversation was then ended by him hanging up
It was not that he denied warranty on his work that frustrated meIt was how he treated his customerI did him no wrong, and was simply asking him to fix his mistake
THIS MAN & COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND POOR SERVICEHE WILL CLAIM TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT, BUT AT THE END HE WILL NOT STAND BY HIS WORK
