Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I will add, I have emails to their salesperson that we were terminating service, so that should have been their "written notice"Also, we sent units to them and they sent them back because they didn't have RMA numbers, that was their excuse! What a fraudI wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this companyThey are very poor communicators and when you terminate service (and go to their competition, which is better) they get "butt hurt" and want to try to collect more money from you.BAD BUSINESS!!! After receiving multiple solicitation calls about adding a tracking I finally need one additional oneSince I already have trackers with this business I wanted the year contract waived and dropped down to match my other, which was for another yearAfter being told I'd get a call back after speaking with their managers, two employees never called me backI called multiple times letting them know I needed an answer and I wasn't happy that I was being ignoredI was then passed off to someone else (for the second time) in which I was informed that the years of the year contract could not be waivedI informed Spireon (by email because I couldn't reach anyone on the phone for days) that I wished to cancel all my serviceI never got a call back but did receive an email of my cancellation feesOverall the customer service was TERRIBLEThey only cared about me when they wanted to add service! I was pushed to the wayside and ignored by more than one person when I was trying to resolve multiple issuesAs soon as my contract is up with this company I am switchingI don't trust them and I don't appreciate such poor customer service
