They had a Contest on their *** page back in August I was one of the winners. I was suppose to receive a $100 gift card. I have contacted them numerous times since August. Finally got someone to speak to me on December 6 they said they would send another one and to let them know if I had not received it by December 13 which I did today but they are back to not answer any of my messages or emails. They also deleted the contest post off their *** page.
I want the $100 gift card I was promised since August. I have even more screen shots I can share about the contest.
The consumer messaged us on *** on Monday December 16th at 7:19 PM EST to notify us that she had received the gift card. Please see attached screenshot.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept it and did receive it finally on December 16,2019.I have been trying to get it from them since August. As soon as I turned them over to the Revdex.com like I told them I would on December 13 it somehow was finally mailed on December 13. I have the post marked envelope that shows they finally decided to mail it on the day I filled out this complaint.
