? I went to the business onSatMay 1st and I wanted to try to talk to [redacted] and see if we could settle this and I looked at another car they had and I was walking up to talk to [redacted] one of his workers? cam out to me and said I couldn't afford that car? and he told me that [redacted] was looking for me a car about that time [redacted] came out and said Hi [redacted] and kept walking over to the other office he then came out said I have't forgotten you .I then got up as he was leaving? and I told the young guy that told me that he hadn't found me a car yet and I told him that the next time I come I didn't want to talk to? him I want to talk to ***.? ? I? then got into my car and left I was crying and really upset that I couldn't even talk to [redacted] if he didn't want to talk to me because he was going home I would have gone back on the next day.? ? ? I feel bad because [redacted] makes me sound like I am a awful person I have never raised my voice and have always listened yes I did cry but I was upsetNever would I ever treat a person like I have been treated he hasn't been mean talking but he makes it sound like I am a awful personI have now thought this? out and would like the money I paid for my car$12,because I was never ever told about the accidents the car had before I got it I am a older woman and no I didn't ask about if the car had ever been in a accident but this is the first time I have ever been through anything like this and never would I ever guess that any car lot would sell me a car that had been in accidents I just trusted the business and thought they would never do anything like this to a person I am just a person that believes the dealers and I am very trustworthy so I was surprised that this happened.This is my last car and I want one that I don't have to worry about? I am praying that I don't get stung but its not in my hands its in your hands now thank you for your help tho.? ? ? I am rejecting this response because:
I dealt with Mrs [redacted] personally when she purchased her [redacted] 200, she was upside down in the [redacted] that she traded in and had to add the payoff difference to her loan She was extremely satisfied at the time she purchased that car We had not pulled the [redacted] prior to the sale and had not been aware of the two accidents on the report These reports include minor accidents as well as any incident reported to the insurance company We have been working with Mrs [redacted] to trade her out the the [redacted] and will do anything to help her There is nothing wrong with the car she purchased as far as we are aware of

Mr *** and family did visit the dealership on July and left without completing a purchase transaction---Im sure there were many figures discussed , but the selling price I have recorded is $plus $in dealer adds for an selling price of $Any interest rates discussed would
be with APPROVED CREDIT. The lender offering the rate the customer requested was not approvedWhen Mr *** left the dealership he took a copy of the Buyer Order and was going to his lender to have the vehicle financedWe have not heard back from him till we received your letter.Since the purchase price was established as one that we would sell the vehicle ,which Mr *** now says is incorrect and Im unable to find a lender that will finance the vehicle at his requested rate there is nothing that I can do for Mr ***
Mr *** did have have his oil changed at the dealership at the time stated and he did return the following Monday with the damage he has describedThe difference is when the oil is changed we remove a shield nearly in the middle of the vehicle and it was still intactThe damage to Mr ***
vehicle was to the front bumper and air dams under the front of the vehicle-There were also large gouges in the air dam where those parts had came in contact with somethingWe put the vehicle on a lift and showed Mr *** the damage, explained to him how the damage was not related to the oil change and asked if he would like an estimate on the repairhis answer was yes and we did that. There is no possible way we did anything to the vehicle to cause this type or any damage to his vehicle

I have received the copy of the work sheet Mr *** has sent to you and that is exactly what it is a work sheet which recaps what the customer has offered---You can see there is no signature by anyone from our company and can see that Mr *** rejected what we believed was his offer.We are in the business of selling vehicle and I feel we do this quite wellWe do not refuse offers to purchase which are realistic
We apologize if Mrs*** was unhappy with the purchase of her car We are not required by law to supply the consumer with the vehicle history records but they are available upon request Mrs*** as well as any other consumer has the right to have a vehicle inspected prior to purchase which she chose not to do We in no way tried to hide the fact that the vehicle had two "incidents" on the vehicle history report We have offered to take Mrs*** car in on trade but we have not been able to satisfy her requirements We feel that we have been very reasonable with Mrs*** and that she is being unreasonable If there is anything else we can do to rectify this situation by all means let us know.
I am rejecting this response because: the car or FOB has not been repaired yetI will close this case if repairs stated previously have been fixed to my satisfaction
We did not cause the damage and will not be making any adjustment

Would you see if I can get this cleared up no body else will take the car with two accidents on the report they will only give me because I have checked at *** *** & *** *** I shouldn't have to be punished for their mistake not telling me I will look for another car else where because they want to over charge me for another car and I can't afford it.Please can you help me to resolve this they will not work with me they want me to buy another car from them and I don't want to do thatI am a very truthful person and I just want this done. Please I don't want another car from them I can't go any higher in price for a car but if I can get the money for my car I will buy another car.Thank You ***
