***Last Patty & I spoke,she told me she was going to resell these tickets on Stubhub..There is only one Barcode per Entry..Stubhub # is * *** STUBHUB so I can't send these to your emailIf patty logs in to the Web Admin to get tix ,she can call *** *** ***.You can only use the tickets if they're not being used by anyone else. We never received any tickets back here.We are not responsible if you lost your tickets

by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
What they provided is just what their website generated. It was more of a bait & switch sort of thing to the original [redacted] web site. I asked soon after for a refund I wasn't looking for anything more. I returned the tickets back [redacted] and they accepted it I attached the [redacted] tracking. If this is a legit business they would have honored the refund. Who does this? We only wanted to purchase tickets for the fair amount that were being sold on Bethelwoods.com at the time there was no need to go to a ticket scalper when they were available on the venues web site. why would I do that? Also why would I pay to have them [redacted] when you can just print them? Really? I wasn't looking for front row seats just 2 seats anywhere for a fair price.They should have just honored the refund and moved on all the fees they charge are ridiculous when tickets were avail to the pubic at that time for no fees and face value.

They purchased better seats off the Tickets center website a company from Ticket network...I'm a small 1 person business that had my tickets on their website ..They were great seats first row in the section.Attached on the documents

Not sure if you got this but the Tickets were SENT BACK TO YOU [redacted] FROM THE ADDRESS YOU SENT THEM TO ME. I BASICALLY REFUSED THE TICKETS YOU SENT ME AND THEY CAME BACK TO YOU. I SENT PROOF OF DELIVERY SIGNED BY SOMEONE AT YOUR ADDRESS LOCATION AND THAT WAS THE LAST I SAW THE TICKETS.I ATTACHED THE [redacted] SIGNED PROOF OF DELIVERY
