This letter is to respond to your case No***Spincity Cleaners exercise utmost care of all our customer laundryWe always ask our customer to separate and specify the garments which require special cleaning to our counter staff for proper careOtherwise we accept the Wash and Fold bulk
laundry “as is”.Spincity Cleaner’s bulk Wash and Fold policy clearly states that customer is responsible for what they put in bulk laundry bagHowever, we do our best to sort out the dry cleaning and special care items from the laundry bagIn this case, we believe it is customer’s mistake to put some of dry cleaning items in bulk laundry bag.*** *** is not an official customer at Spin City Cleaners and she does not appear in our customer databaseIn this case, *** *** used Daniel F*’s account(see attach #1) who is our regular customerDaniel F*’s account mainly shows he does Wash and Fold the majority of his drop offsThe amount of Dry Cleaning is almost minimalOur delivery employee has picked up from MrF* a numerous times and has specifically stated to us that the bag for delivery was to be Wash and Folded like the customer history states. After customer complaint was filed, Spincity Cleaners responded in a very timely manner to resolve this issueWe have responded within a few hours and we’ve been constant communication through emails and phone callsWe also came up with a resolution method (dry clean & steamed) in restoring her clothesWe asked *** *** to come into the store to inspect the items that were restored and talk to the employees, but she has refused and never shown up onceThe clothes are prepared & finished(see attachment #2) and waiting to be picked up but she is just asking for unreasonable amount of cash($2500) compensation for a few used clothesWe believe that Spincity Cleaners acted most responsible manner and try to resolve a customer’s mistake as best as we could
