I hired this company to remove trees from my backyard, clear the yard waste and then to grade the lot and lay sod. The company arrived the first day (4/16) with in adequate tools so they said they needed to come back the next day (4/17). On 4/17 they arrived and proceeded to cut down all the trees and put the yard waste at the side of my house. They said they were unable to came back the following day to remove the stumps so they came back on Sunday 4/20 and proceeded to work for approximately 4 hours in which time they removed 1 stump. I reminded them that they really needed to get the yard waste out of my yard or I would be in violation of my HOA and would be fined so they agreed to make that the first priority the following day (4/21). They arrived that day and stayed for a matter of minutes before informing me that they "had to go sell a car". From that day forward they failed to show up for work and gave additional excuses every day. It is now 4/29 and they have again given excuses on why they can not show up today. I was promised a refund two days ago and they have also not delivered on the refund.Product_Or_Service: yard workDesired SettlementI would like a full refund of the money that I paid them.
