Revdex.com:At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Spiegel LLC has been resolved. The business never contacted me, although I requested someone call me, I never received a call or any form of additional contact. Prior to filing my...
complaint via email I was told I would not receive a refund because they where changing warehouses, a move from [redacted] to [redacted], or vice a versa, which was the reason for the delay. Nevertheless, almost 3 and 1/2 months later my order was shipped and received.

Review: Have made several attempts to get refunds on items that were returned in March 2014. Have not responded to last emails sent. Phone always busy. Attempts to reach them on [redacted] and [redacted] unsuccessful.

Review: I ordered merchandise that was sent back to Ultimate Outlet because the post office could not find my postal address. The items were ordered billed on June **, 2013and today is August *, 2013, and I still have not received the items or a refund. I spoke to a customer service agent once; who said the matter would have to be sent up to "corporate." Since then, the company no longer have "humans" to speak with, only email. I have emailed several times with one response asking me to contact the post office. Since Spiegel requested the items be returned, I feel I must receive a refund. The order number is [redacted] through Ultimte Oulet. There is no update on the routing from the post office, since July **, 2013.Desired Settlement: Refund or resend merchandise. Provide a manner in which customers can talk to a human in customer service.
