At this time, I have been contacted directly by Spin & Span regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
On 8/*/15 I was able to speak to a Mr. P[redacted] from Spic and Span. On this day he assured me that he would make me a new appointment to...

complete the OSHA course with a new trainer. He stated that he would call me back on this day with an appointment date. However, no one has called me. I have called Mrs G[redacted] (###-###-####)who is Mr. P[redacted]s supervisor, and I left several messages with Mrs. R[redacted] (###-###-####) to have Mr. P[redacted] call me so that I may get my $349.00 dollars back, but I have not heard from anyone. I called the District Attorney Office and was provided with the name and number of the gentlemen (Mr. Jonathan S[redacted] ####-###-####) who sent a letter to Spic and Span on 8/**/15. However, I have not heard from the District Attorney's Office. Mr. M[redacted]. What is my next step? I would like to atleast get my $349.00 dollars back. Please advise.
