Review: I went to 3 "complimentary " sessions and once he asked me to join I gave owner my credit card to pay for the first 3 sessions I did. He told me I would do the paperwork at my first regular visit. I never made it back due to my work schedule and the owner fraudulently submitted unsigned contract to my credit card company and was getting paid for 6 months before I realized what the charge in my account was for. When I contacted him, it took him 2 weeks to call me back and he said he would credit me and I asked for an email to confirm this. I never got this email or the credit and I have been trying to call him and he is evading my calls and refusing to speak to me.Desired Settlement: I believe I am entitled to $120 charged to my credit card without my permission or knowledge. The owner even agreed that this was right and agreed to do it but never followed through.
