SPI Books

Review: A to Z Car Parts, which is an affiliate of SPI Books, sends emails to it's potential customers claiming to have no complaints against them with the Revdex.com. However, A to Z Car Parts (a.k.a. A to Z Partsbooks and A to Z Car Vault) has an F rating the Revdex.com. The company also claims to be a member of "RatePoint" on their website, but this company no longer exists. Their false advertisements led me to trust the company enough to purchase a transmission from them and they sent me two faulty transmissions. Now they will not honor my 90 day warranty and send me a replacement. The [redacted], will not return my phone calls. I believe this company hides under the umbrella of SPI Books and advertises falsely.Desired Settlement: I have already requested a refund for the transmission and my labor costs. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the Revdex.com.

In response to your request, I would like to pursue reimbursement from this company for the purchase price of the transmission plus labor costs of $700dollars totaling $1,329.00. I would also like them to stop emailing consumers falsely indicating they have no complaints against them with the Revdex.com.
