Company's response below:Ms. [redacted] purchased a good used vehicle and as we do offer a 30 day warranty which she did have. There was a repair done within the 30 day period and it did not cost Ms. [redacted] a penny. There was another incident 3 to 4 months later which was not related to what was repaired...

earlier and according to Ms. [redacted] her transmission problem began over 4 months later after someone else worked on the vehicle. I don't employ a mechanic nor does Cowboy's Auto Sales work on vehicle. Repairs and even the Warranty is farmed out thru a shop. The Warranty is a 30 DAY OR 1000 MILES WARRANTY AND LIMITED TO ENGINE, TRANSMISSION AND DRIVE TRAIN ONLY!! It is 30 days, not 31. This is purchased thru shop and they charge $400 for 30 days and not a day over.

I was employed through Spherion in August 2015 where I applied for a warehouse position Spherion referred me to. A day after I receive a call from [redacted] Gear asking if I'd be interested in working at [redacted] because [redacted] dropped their request for 93 people. Please note that in office I was told I was emailed a map of [redacted] and wasn't but [redacted] insisted I was & wouldn't hear anything else about it so I dropped it & asked my friend who was also employed there. I agreed to work at [redacted] gladly although the drive was long and my hopes were to stay by my home because my vehicle is old. Regardless I worked at [redacted] for 2&1/2 months. I finally inquired about [redacted] again because I was never informed that they were hiring but saw it on the [redacted] website. In the meantime my friend was sent to another warehouse also waiting [redacted]. [redacted] yelled at her and another employee for calling to check on the status of the [redacted] job. My friend was told she was not allowed at [redacted] at all for calling again and my friend quit. I kept this in mind trying to be extra nice and compliant with [redacted] for this employment was important and was promised a start date of 10/28/15. Gave notice at [redacted]. Received a call the 23rd asking if start date could me moved up although the time given was almost impossible and the total opposite of what was agreed again. I agreed. She told me she'd email me the map but a new one for another department and a schedule and contact information. Nothing. I emailed her and finally heard back with an email saying call me asap. By the time I got the email it was too late and they were gone for the weekend I talked to [redacted] Monday. I said I had no information for work, she denied it, checked the emails and then promised I'd start the 1st or the 11th, call tomorrow. Called, she didn't remember I was calling, I reminded her. She said the 11th. I asked what happened to the 28th. She yelled, lied about me not showing up, having the information because I'd already worked there and that now I was pulled off for good.Product_Or_Service: Employment AgencyDesired SettlementI was told by [redacted] that she decides whether I work or not and I don't work. Acknowledgement of failure to supply job details and for being lied to, yelled at, lied about and denied employment after I followed all the rules respectfully and honestly. She needs to be fired or trained in integrity and learn how to show respect for others. The office is rude, they lie, don't follow through then yell at people who need them. They need to back what they advertise and have accountability for it.

Unprofessional buisness practices by Spherion and its staff. I Showed up with very little notice to work at the [redacted] warehose a spherion client. The sephiron staff rushed through the hiring process skipping multiple steps, definately against the company policy of Spherion and the [redacted] company. The Spherion manager at the warehouse broke the policy of both companies by telling me to clock in and work without a drug test and informed me to not say anything about it to [redacted] staff. Days later when I called to inquire about payment for the shift I worked I talked to Adriana who was rude, and unprofessional.She gained information about my previous employment that was untrue from a personal relationship she has with that person who worked for the same company.Desired SettlementI just want the practices and unprofessionalism of this buisness and this person to be known.
