Spendless Cleaners

Review: I ordered a cocktail dress online for my High School banquet .I took it to Spendless Cleaners for alterations on 6/**/13. When I went to pick up the dress on 6/**/13 , it was ruined. I could not close it and the skirt was longer in the front, but so short on the back that my buttocks was showing.My mom and I just left, no idea what to do. The dress is still at the store. The price for the dress was $178.97.00.Please help us resolve this issue, Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for the money my mom spent on the dress. We had to buy a new dress asap for my senior banquet held on 6/**/15.
