Review: I purchased a Khaki colored vinyl fence through [redacted] in March 2010. The fence was subsequently installed by Spencer's Service Center. About 2 years after installation we had multiple issues with the fence that should be covered under warranty. The fence color has faded in most of the panels. The posts have shifted. The gates have shifted and doesn't close properly.I have been working with Spencer Service Center's installation supervisor [redacted] (phone ###-###-####)for the past two years trying to get these issues resolved. After numerous calls, meetings with [redacted] meetings with the fence supplier,etc.replacement panels have finally been sent from the manufacturer to Spencer's Service Center. An installer was sent out from Spencers in January to work on the fence. He replaced some panels but could not do them all and could not return the next day due to weather. He removed and damaged many fence caps in the process. The gate area that he worked on is misaligned now also causing damage to the gate latches and scratches on the gate post. I have been calling repeatedly since January trying to get them back to complete all of the needed repairs. Each time that I finally am able to speak with ** he insists he is working with their "scheduler" to get us on the schedule but so far to no avail. I have placed a call to [redacted] to ask for their assistance in resolving the issue. I am awaiting a phone call from their district manager in charge of installations.I spoke with a department manager named [redacted] at their Erie - Peach St. location at ###-###-####. She said she would contact the district manager for installation Mr. [redacted] who is on vacation through Monday June 2. She would not give me any direct contact information for this individual and said that she would have their assistant store manager contact him via email. Any help you could provide to resolve this issue in a timely manner would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all warranteed repairs completed as soon as possible including but not limited to the following:Replace all faded panels as previously agreed upon.Reset posts that have shifted to straighten and level the fence around the entire perimeter.Order and replace other warranty pieces that have faded since the manaufacture last inspected the fence in August of 2012 to include the arched gate and several fence frame components.Replace damaged fence caps and latches.

We contracted to purchase the fence through [redacted] who used Spencer's Service Center as their fence installer. The complaint is against both company's since they are in partnership together in this venture.
