either. We offered to pay a portion repair bill but only to the repair shop that way we knew that they were getting their car repaired and not just trying to pocket the money. Spencer contracting will not give a check to anybody but a repair shop. I know that the repair shop that we use for our repairs would be glad to repair Mrs. [redacted]'s vehicle and will take a check from our company. The reason for the $500.00 offer is because nobody bothered to contact Spencer Contracting when this supposedly happened, and has yet to have a police report made out. I guess we just don't know if this really happened as it has been claimed or if it is just another case of someone trying to scam us out of money.
