[redacted] called my office to tell us, in no uncertain terms, that he was not going to pay our bill for the first two applications because "they were not done". My Office Manager told him she would have me call him. He said there is no need to call him, "I am not paying the...
bill". So rather than argue with the customer, I gladly issued him a credit and sent him a new bill reflecting this credit. A few days later he called back and yelled, yes, literally yelled at my office manager that I hadn't returned his call. She let him rant for just so long, then politely reminded him that he told her that it wasn't necessary that I call him back. Without another word, he hung up on her. I'm not sure what else I can do.
