Terrible!!!! I ordered one shirt (grey) and was really impressed with the quality so I ordered another in a different color (blue). Shirt arrived in grey so I attempted 6 times to resolve issue. Absolutely NO response!!!

I placed an order in May 2020. Got a shipping notification and have been tracking the item since. It has still not arrived as of 7//2020. When I initially contacted them in June about the shipment, they asked if I could give it 7-10more days. They also said they would do whatever they could to make the situation right. I have recently asked for a refund since have yet to receive the items. I have not gotten a response from the last 2 email inIquiries I sent and told them I was going to be contacting you

This business is a scam. I received an ordered item 3 months after ordered. It did not fit so I reached out to find out how to return. The item also did not look anything like the pictured item. They have not answered multiple emails. I hope that no one else orders from them....really bad form. I actually wanted to leave no stars!

I bought a top from this online merchant after it was recommended in The Times newspaper (in the UK). The item arrived without any paperwork, ie no delivery note and no details for how to return goods. The items is unacceptable, badly made, awful material etc. There is no address on the merchant website and I have sent them 2 emails asking how I return the goods, which they have not acknowledged or replied to. I am beginning to think this is a scam, dishonest or fraudulent company. The company website says only that they're based in "Brooklyn, New York" and that they have a warehouse in Renton, WA. There are no other details. Because I live in the UK, I can't file a complaint or a scam report on this Revdex.com website because it won't accept my address details. However I believe this company should be investigated as it seems they are trading fraudulently. I gave it 1 star but only because there isn't a zero star option.

I placed an order on Spelesy on 05//20 -- a shirt and pants for a total of $68.32. I received an email on 05//20 that the order had shipped. I continued to track the order, but it stalled out on 06//20, where it says "Delivered to Pitney Bowes Facility."

I reached out on 06//20 to their customer service email (***) and then began following up with additional daily emails on 06//20 to request a refund. As of 06//20, I have not heard back from them. It has been 53 days since the order has shipped, and nothing.

I rarely click on ads and buy without doing some research. I should have researched this company. Multiple emails, no answer and still no sign of the order that said it was ready and shipping over a month ago. A little digging suggests this place is basically a scam. Beware!

Totally scam company... after almost 3 weeks with no updates on my order I contacted them. I received an odd generated response after my 3rd attempt. With my name spelled incorrectly. I attempted contact on *** messenger.. they claimed the other site I was communicating with was a scam.. um, what? The order number I provided to that bot claimed their order numbers were incorrect.. again with my name spelled with crazy characters. It was bizarre. I kept demanding my order be cancelled asap.. then of course they claimed it was shipped. Of course over a month later I still never saw my order. SCAM

This place sells garbage. Their return policy is pretty much non existent. Items are not as described. Do Not Buy from them.
I had to start an action with ***. No stars actually.

Ordered a sweatshirt at the beginning of May and after 10days began worrying that this was not a legit business. It is June 18 now and no customer service reply to 6 emails on when to expect product or if they are a real company. I naively believed *** stores were safe. SB processed my payment as soon as I ordered thru ***. Company does not have phone or address. First time this has ever happened to me.

This place is definitely a scam. I've never had to leave a review on Revdex.com but I really felt like I needed to warn everyone. Clothing is very low quality and the return process is a nightmare. I've been trying to get them to send me a return address and they stopped replying to me.

This is a scam. I was targetted on *** by their images of cute clothing. I ordered $300 of lounge clothes in light of COVID. They charged immediately. They said it would arrive within 5-9 days. They never shipped the clothing. After two weeks of no shipment, I asked them to cancel and refund, they did not respond. I researched the organization and saw a ton of people who had made orders and never received shipments. Consequently, I emailed the next day and threatened a lawsuit if they did not cancel prior to shipping and refund. Finally, someone responded (read like spam in nonsensical sentences) asking me what I wanted. I restated "Cancel the entire order and Refund my $ immediately." 24 hours later, I received the identical request for clarification.
This happened multiple times during a week. Finally, they refunded one of the ~15 items I ordered and asked me what I wanted, again. I repeated for the 7th time: REFUND THE ENTIRE ORDER. CANCEL THE ENTIRE ORDER.
Instead of doing that, they printed a shipping label with *** and told me they could not cancel any longer.
I called ***, they said Spelesy would have to cancel shipment as I could not. I emailed Spelesy every day for the last 5 days with the instructions *** provided.
Nothing has changed. No canceling of the shipping label. No shipment. No refund.
Please please please shut this bogus company down. They are preying on people stuck in houses because of COVID.

Scam company. No refund and no product after a month.

Ordered shirts 1 month ago and never received them. Can’t contact them by phone and they won’t respond by email. I’d like my money back!

After a long wait I received my order. I was unhappy with the material and fit.I requested the return address so they could be returned within 30 days.

After several emails encouraging me to exchange, I was given a private resident address in Brooklyn, NY to return my order. I sent the package and emailed the tracking number to Belinda Inc. My package was refused at the door and returned. I emailed one week ago inquiring why my packages was refused and have not gotten a response.

When I said I would leave a review of the poor customer service I received, this is the response I got today:

‘Hi,

Thank you for your email.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days after the delivery date of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Thank you for understanding.‘

The website gives 30 days to make a return. Very, very shady.

This company misrepresented the clothing I bought from them. Then it took from April 5th to the end of May to get my problem resolved...or so I thought. I am still working on trying to get things correct with them. It has been the most frustrating experience and their correspondence is horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I understand that businesses are not fulfilling and shipping orders as per usual but they are not providing accurate information and I suspect they are in the business of collecting money and shipping nothing, no matter the circumstance.
