SpeedyCash Online Payday Installment Loans. Made me purchase a GREEN DOT PREPAID VISA, PUT $100 ON IT, TOLD ME NOT TO REGISTER card in my name. The company registered the card in their name. They didn't approve my loan--again asked me to put an additional $500 on another GREEN DOT PREPAID VISA CARD, which I did not and could not do--and kept my money ($100), even though I have said card in my possession. The representative first gave his name as Christopher Duggin, only later to tell me when I call to ask for "Chester." His direct line is (913) 871-6358. That's MY money! I have the card but can't use it!!!! The scammer got me for $100.00
