I am so grateful that we contracted the services of Art for the removal of the below ground oil tank on my property. We had very tight time constraints to have the tank removed due to the quick sale of my house and short closing dates. He was able to quickly start working on the project even though he had other commitments. We experienced frustrating delays in getting paperwork from the City and other agencies because of reduced hours and staffing due to the Covid out break at that time. He went out of his way to try to expedite this. As well as to take the time to personally speak to my realtor and the buyer to allay their concerns.
