I am writing to let you know that this complaint was resolved on Tuesday October 6, The mirror was replaced on this dateThank you for all your help in taking care of this matter

We are sorry Mr. [redacted] had an unpleasant experience at Speedy Shine.
Unfortunately telescopic antennas don't fare well in our tunnel which is

why we ask customers to put them down.  We also have a sign letting
customers know we will not be held responsible for damage to these. ...

Mr. [redacted] should have been contacted by our GM sooner after filing his complaint.  He has been emailed an offer for a $50 gift card
to refund his original wash and provide him with a couple more for the lengthy time it has taken us to get a response

to him.  We have received no response yet from Mr. [redacted].[redacted]
