My computer suddenly stopped. I called Speedy and spoke with Mark B[redacted]. He kindly listened to my limited information and said he was immediately available that afternoon. He arrived and checked my computer out. He then explained the problem so I could understand it and quickly corrected it.
While we were speaking, I asked if he could get me a new monitor and printer. He said that he could do that. He visited several local places and told me the local prices, and said they were too high. He then ordered me a printer and monitor that was better than local and at half the price. He installed them quickly and now I love everything and it is working great.
I highly recommend Speedy Networks and will call them back in the future.
