I took my jeep in to get serviced and between the quote to fix it and being lied to when the diagnostic would be ran they lost my car Then the quote came out to over 1300...I took it to a local shop and was only charged to correct the same issue They never called back when they promised and had me waiting close to an hour just to pick it up Horrible customer service and a scam
We bought a used Jeep from frontier and were promised year of free oil changes which they later said that they don't ever offer thatAlso we never had an actual salesman, they just grabbed someone every time we went in and no one knew what was going on with our dealWe never could get ahold of the first two salesmen that we spoke to (one was a manager of the used cars lot)The Jeep was supposed to have been completely check out, serviced, etcBut as soon as we left the dealership the tire sensor light came on, then two days later the check oil light came onAfter looking at the oil ourselves and talking with some of the service people we realized that they hadn't even had time to look at it before they sold itThey got it the night before we bought it and never checked anythingI would never go back to this dealership and not encourage anyone else to do the same
I had a very good SalesmenVery unethical managersSpent days getting all paperwork together, got everything to themThey said I needed a co-signer, any one would work, didn't matter how bad their credit was, if they were working or not, just "breathing" basicallyProvided them a co-signer, come in, taking time off work, get there and that manager isn't there and another one tells me NOVery rude as wellHad another nice gentleman try to help me outTells me basically a bunch of stuff that is NOT possible for me no matter whatVery frustrating to waste my time like thatDon't LIE just to keep someone in your chair! I will be spreading the news about how yall do businessAnd I should have checked these reviews before coming hereThere are no Good and ALL Bad! Very bad business behaviorI have proof as wellWas told I HAD a car with my co-signerNO DEAL!

I recently purchased a *** JourneyI visited our local dealership here in lubbockFrontier DodgeAnd after test driving and doing all the preliminary deals the finance person came up with a whopper3k down $a month for months for a financing ~$28,Do the math, and that's over $50,dollars for the vehicleAt 18% interest!!! I couldn't believe itI figured my credit had to be completely terribleBut I called *** *** of Mckinney, Texas hoping it wasn't trueThe first deal they showed me, OVER the PHONE, was 3k down and $per month for monthsAnd they gave me a 5% interest rateThat was without ANY negotiatingHere's another kickerThe vehicle had MORE options AND a bigger engine than the lubbock vehicleI was stunnedAnd I became angry at the fact that lubbock tried to stick it to me so badlyI'm writing this so that maybe someone is saved from being royally screwed by the finance people of Frontier Dodge in lubbockCall around to other places before purchasing thereIt seems like they prey on people hereI'm have no ties to Mckinney dodge or anything I'm just giving you my experience

Horrible service! I took my car in after scheduling an appointment to have recalls taken care of. I call 4 hours after my car was scheduled to be completed and not only had they lost my vehicle, they hadn't fixed any of the recalls. I was about to call the police to report my car missing, when they called telling me that they had located my car, but hadn't done anything to it. They asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and I said no. I picked up my car and it was scratched right on the drivers side door - - scratch I know was not there before. Horrible experience and I will never go back!!! I will never buy a car here and will never return for service! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!

4 times now and the problem is still not fixed.
The service department never answers the phone and the receptionist, though she has the ability, is instructed by the GM not to page the service writers.
The car was presented as fixed for the fourth time today and it is still not fixed.
