Horrible and I do mean horrible customer service. Would not or could not work with schedule. Then, when I did rearrange my entire schedule to get an appt scheduled - a week and a half in advance to accommodate their scheduling requirements - they were late (and didn't call to tell me - I had to call them, but they were going to talk to girls about that) and just casually said they could do it tomorrow. It took me a week and a half to get my schedule cleared and they just wanted to do it tomorrow. No after 5 and no Saturdays and a complete disregard for others schedules. no basic service to let customers know what is going on and to make anything right. Jennifer's response was to tell me to find another provider and she hung up on me. I will never use or recommend them again.
