Speedy Auto & Window Glass

Worst place to do business in my opinion, very poor customer service, very poor customer relations, I experience no phone calls to resolve an issue, basically very little contact.
I question the ability of these people to do the work right as they have messed things up for me.
Now I feel they will try to hold me hostage, they want me to do work that a repair shop says is unnecessary if they know what they are doing, to replace a windshield they broke on installation.
Started dealing with them Mid March, today June 1 no resolution. Not much help from head office either.

Just had a windshield replaced by speedy glass in north vancouver and the winshield is leaking! I had an appointment for 10:30 but truck was not ready until 4:00pm. SPEEDY?
Took it back today and they tried to tell me it was leaking because of a previous accident and it was leaking at the seal on the passenger door not the windshield.Never had leaks before the cracked windshield was replaced? It rains a lot in vancouver and my driveway is on a slant. I park front end higher than the back. The wet spot was definitely at the seal on passenger side of the windshield at the visor and dripping on the seat. The wet spot continued down past the door. There was moisture on the floor as well when I first got into my truck in am. The water is running down from behind the dash as well.
They insisted that it was the door not windshield.Didnt even clean the dirty hand prints of the inside that the workers left.
