Diagnosed and fix my sub zero, even cleaned shelves and seals.

Repairman was knowledgable and pleasant.

Review: Company claimed to fix dryer. Company insisted on being paid in cash. Company wanted to add $300 in charges to the bill when work was done for vent cleaning. When we said we would take care of vent cleaning insisted that the repair could not tested until vent was cleaned. we hired separate company to clean vent. Dryer was still not fixed and now there is a burning smell. Company refused to come back and deal with inferior work. Refuse to give us the name of manager, and will not return phone calls. These guys are really unprofessional and incompetentDesired Settlement: I want my money back, these guys are incompetent. I paid them in cash, they dryer does not work, the complaints are all the same. Complete scam artists

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Speedy Appliance Service & Appliance Production has been resolved.

We received a check for $485, out of the $642 we were asking for. We cut our losses and moved on. The only reason we were paid anything is we threatened to sue in small claims court and called the owner incessantly until he just could not ignore us anymore. Despite the outcome. These are bad people and I would never do business with them again.
