of raining water on the driver side flor, what it was casing the electrical shorterI informed him about this issue and he said he didn't want us to take care of the water problem
About that the car was here some days it is true ans so it is that the mechanic had to do personal matters in Chicago
Since the customer didn't bring the remote control at the beginning I'm not sure if everything was working or notThe customer didn't paid for checking his carI apologize for keeping his car few days until the mechanic came back

She has not answered the basis of the complaintThe complaint is not how long she held on to the car, the complaint is due to the fact that she/her mechanic cut a grey wire underneath my dash without asking first which this wire controls things to the carI now have no lights in my dash around the gauges and clusters so when I drive of an evening the interior is darkMy trunk no longer opens by remote,I have to insert the keyThese were not even the original issue the car was brought in forThey caused more issue than what was originalThey called me and advised they cut a wire and that they were going to disable my alarmI told them don't you dare,as I paid to have that professionally installed as it is a remote starter and it cost about $with the alarmThey had already cut the wire and then held onto the car because they were clueless how to refix what they had done without consulting with me firstI want the issues they caused to be repaired by another establishment at their cost
