I am rejecting this response because:The tire pressure warning came on the very next day. I initially thought that it was due to the cold weather. The coolant level was not noticed until a week later when I was at my mechanic with the hood open, discussing a completely different issue. I returned to Speedway immediately after leaving my mechanic. I could have overlooked the tire pressure, but when I learned of the coolant issue it became evident that Speedway had overlooked these checks and lied to me when I specifically asked about them. No offer was made to check my vehicle upon my return; only an offer to check the video. The video has not been shared with me.These are not ongoing issues with my vehicle. The tire pressure and coolant levels have held since I topped them up.Once again, if the video cannot prove that these checks were done, I demand a refund

THE ISSUES WERE NOT BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION TILL 8 DAYS LATER ,WE OFFERED TO RECHECK AUTO . THE ISSUES OF A LOW TIRE AND LOW COOLANT WOULD BE AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH AUTO . IF AIR AND COOLANT ARE BEING LOST WE CAN NOT ADDRESS THEM OR VERIFY IF NOT BROUGHT BACK THAT DAY OR NEXT. SHE HAD OTHERS WORK ON...
