[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Our agreement was to pay separate labor to do the work for $800.00 without receipt to provided to me thus I will order the parts on my own.  What happened was they (Speedee Lube) told me they  will order the parts for me to be directly delivered to their business , so I said yes please do so provided that you will show me receipts of all parts ordered. This business (Speedee Lube) does not sell parts, they ordered them from vendors as needed for the cars they repair. So if they are saying that they don't disclosed the MSRP prices of said parts thats a total fabrication because they really don't have nothing to show if all the itemized or listed parts that they told me was indeed ordered or replace took place and in good manufacturing standard.  This is also one way of me to verify that the parts I paid is proper and was correct as per the itemized sheet is concern.
