Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

went to Speedco to have oil change performed. after employee's changed oil and fuel filters truck started but then stalled out and wouldn't start. employee's tried to prime fuel system but truck would still not start. employee's hooked up some kind of priming machine to prime fuel system. truck did start and stayed started. truck did show a warning of a clogged fuel filter. employee's said to restart truck. so truck was shut down and restarted. warning was off but fuel gauge was showing fuel was stilled clogged. employee's stated that that had happen before on other trucks they used machine on before. employee's stated that the machine put air in the fuel system and would need to be worked out and gauge would go to NOT showing filter being clogged. I left Speedco and headed to highway on ramp and turned to proceed to get on highway. in about 10 mile you could tell that something was not right. truck started to lose speed. in about 5 more miles truck started to lose power. by the the time I got to the next loves travel stop which was 21 mile. the truck went into DPF derate. get to loves and pulled in to the shop. the shop employee.s had me pull truck in bay and found that the fuel filter in the glass bowl was the WRONG filter. Long story short. Truck was in DPF failure and had to be tow to shop in Lake City.
Called Speedco and management gave me a email that was bad. gave me a number to Risk Management. ***. got voice mail for a ***. NO CALL. that was May 1. Call loves in Oklhoma. ***. claim Dept. ***. voice mail. NO CALL BACK. that was May 1. May 5. called again. custumer service. Man who answered phone actually answered, HELLO *** he ask for zip code and birth date. He then gave me other number to call. ***. VOICE MAIL of course. NO CALL BACK. getting the run around. towing cost:$696.80. truck repair for damage to it. $2620.06. oil change I had to pay for. $503.15. I think Loves better contact me so we can settle it in a non public way.
