We informed customer that there was no additional coast to the customer as long as any issues were related to the repairs already made. Customer was given a 12 month and 12,000 mile warranty on all repairs. Customer took it upon himself not to have vehicle looked at by Mazda because he know at time of pick up he more problems then he was willing to repair. *** *** vehicle has some issues he was supplied a loaner and a rental while vehicle was being repairedWhile we repaired the vehicle with Mazda help we noticed he had other issues*** *** refused those repairs at took his vehicle from the shopWhen he informed us that the vehicle still has issues we arranged for the DMV inspector to look over the vehicle with us only to find that *** no longer has the vehicle We now consider that matter closed and no further action needed or taken Thank you Anthony C***

I no longer have the vehicle because of Mazda White Plains inaction regarding the damages to the vehicle in questionThat was a family vehicle and as such I needed to replace it, additionally I not only made the damages known to that establishment immediately and also brought the problems up to Mazda Corporate! I can could not keep a vehicle around that I could not use and risk storage fees and or towing which would be an additional expense! Furthermore I had to sell my other Mazda vehicle (a Miata)I have had to finance another vehicle to transport my family safely for daily commutingThis is a further attempt for the dealership to obfuscate its responsibility and cover its incompetence!
