Review: I took my 2013 Mustang to this place to get a exterior detail which I purchased though Groupon. When I came to pick it up, before I even got to the car, I noticed a piece of paint missing from the front fender. I immediately got he kid who was working and show him ,and also another guy named [redacted] (I believe). I also took a photo, and so did he. I noticed it as I approached the car because it was so obvious. The next day I drove back to show, [redacted] the manager. I said he needs to fix it. He offered to split the cost because he didn't think he caused it. I said it wasn't there when I brought it, you buffed the car with equipment and and now there's chip. Where else do you think it came form? He said he would have his body shop fix it and it will be $40-$50 dollars cost to each of us. I also have a witness that saw my car is was not chipped who was with me that morning of the drop off. After I left [redacted]'s place, I went to the dealer to see if they could fix it because I did not trust [redacted] or anyone he knows any more after what they did. Ford said you can't just touch it up because its chipped and we need to paint the whole front end. Estimate (which I have) cost $500.. [redacted] never called me back to even have his people fix it or to follow up. I decided not to keep going back because it was not getting anywhere.Also, they left my gas cap lid open and forgot one of my car mats which I had to drive back and get. Plus the detailing was poor. I have photo's taken that day.Desired Settlement: I want the dealer repaint my front end because when paint is missing, you just can't touch it up. Thanks, [redacted]
