Speed King Wash and Dry

My complaint involves almost every option in the complaint type field I went into the laundromat as I always do I purchased detergents and softener at a piece then for load of clothes I loaded my clothes and let them wash When I went to take my clothes out of the machine I noticed that they were just wet and not been washed The detergent and softener was still in the load pan I went to inform the attendant who does not speak much English and she did not want to to give me a refund so that I can just move to another machine and wash my clothes again She yelled loaded my clothes back in the same washers and then went to a bucket by her office that had standing water in it and filled up a cup She then tried to take that water from that cup flush the standing detergent and softener down and wash my clothes in that sma emacgine I repeatedly asked her if she can just return the money so can use another machine and that she should also put a sign on that machi
