I ordered a Kyle Busch garage sign from speed Crate along with a Kyle Busch T Shirt. I only received the garage sign.

I have written over four emails to the company and haven't received any return mail or email from them with any questions and / or comments about the missing purchase. There was no invoice or any mention of the missing shirt . I haven't been able to find a business phone number.
My last correspondence was two emails on 5/7/2010 notifying Speed Crate that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I haven't received any information from them.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the full amount or the missing shirt from them immediately.

I've been charged for boxes I have never received.. I sent numerous emails stating that I have not received a box for 1.5+yrs no response or refund
I stopped receiving boxes over 1.5 years ago..my online account states these boxes were paid for but unfulfilled. I have sent numerous emails trying to resolve the issue but have not received a reply.. there is no number to call to talk to anyone.. how can someone be charged for products that were never fulfilled?

Signed up years ago and every year I try to email and call to cancel. Never get responses. Even updated my account to no longer auto charge. Still I get charged. Have to dispute with my credit card everytime.

I paid for three or more months of WOD box and never received any boxes. I sent several emails and left several voicemails. I got nothing.
I signed up for WOD box in the spring of 2019. After the second month that my payment was taken out I sent an email and called. I never got a response. The third month came and went and my money was taken out again. I called again and sent more emails. I still have yet to receive a refund or any contact back.

In April 2019 I requested a cancellation and refund of an auto renewal on a subscription. The subscription was cancelled without a shipment of product and my funds were never returned to my bank account. On October 15th I order a month to month subscription and still I don't have the order confirmation neither received the product I was billed for it.
I have been trying to contact The Wod Box customer service for almost a month and to this day I haven't receive an answer. I have given the opportunity to receive any reply from them and nothing has happened.On four past emails I asked, if the order was processed and I will receive the box I paid for. No service ever delivered despite continually being charged
I subscribed for this service on a 3 month recurring plan. My credit card was charged immediately and I never received a single "Box" which was supposed to be delivered monthly. I emailed the company at least 3 times with no response. I just today 10/9/19 received a second invoice from their billing company that I have been billed for my second 3 month installment

I placed an order to WODBOX on August 2nd 2019 and still have not received my products. I also emailed them 7 times without a reply.
I placed and order on August 2nd 2019. On that day I received a confirmation email along with a receipt the receipt did not have any order information other that the price I paid. I waited till the end of August, because their FAQ mentioned products ship between the 2nd & 22nd of the month depending when I signed up. They never replied to my first inquiry. I sent follow up emails with request to contact me in multiple ways with no reply. I reached out via email 8/23/19, 8/27/19, 9/9/19, 9/10/19, 9/16/19, 9/19/19, and 9/30/19. All of my emails have gone without reply, and they have no other means of contact listed on the website. This is horrible customer service

I would like one of two things to happen. I would like to receive all the product I was entitled to or I would like a refund of my purchase. This has gone on for 2+ months and I feel like I should received compensation such as a free month or subscription for my troubles.

I have subscribed to their 3 months plan to received monthly boxes. After purchasing, I realized that my profile was not updated with the current plan.

When I tried to log in the specific part of my account dealing with membership, I kept getting a log in message error. I therefore couldnt log in to check the details.

I have emailed them several times, messaged them on Instagram, and even reached out on Facebook. No one ever got back to me.

This is a terrible customer service. I have no idea if I will ever received any box as I have no update as per today.

I feel like this company is just taking money from people, and them leaving them in a limbo. I would like to get a refund, but can;' reach anyone to ask for it.

The Wod Box keeps charging my account 21.49 every month but I have not received any products in a year.
several years ago, I started a month to month subscription with WOD BOX. they charge my account 21.49 every month. The boxes started coming late and then all together stopped about a year ago. Hello, I subscribed to WOD box back in 2017. I noticed I had not been receiving my packages, so I cancelled my subscription today 9/18/2019. Upon looking into my email further, I noticed that WOD box has been taking money out of my account without sending any box for quite some time now. I have every email receipt of payment and shipping notifications.

My boxes were regular shipped up until 5/14/18

I did not receive a box for 6/18 but did receive one for 7/18.
I did not receive a box for 8/18 but did receive one for 9/18.
I did not receive another box until March 4, 2019

I am missing the following boxes that I paid 21.49

We paid for a 6 month subscription, got billed and have yet to receive anything 1.5 months later.
We purchased a 6 month subscription on August 2nd, received nothing in August. Contacted them multiple times by email, voicemail and Facebook Messenger. After seeing multiple other complaints I determined it would be advantageous to me to file one as well so that this can hopefully get resolved as quick as possible.

I ordered a three month subscription to WOD box and never received a box. They still took my $60 and have not contacted me back.
On August 5 of this year I purchased a three month subscription from capital WOD box. I was immediately charged $61.47. I reached out to the company to try to resolve the issue of not receiving any boxes so far. Despite reaching out to the company in multiple avenues, I have heard no response back. They have now taken over $60 and returned no service and no product. This type of action cannot go on and their business needs to be held accountable for their actions.

The company didn't honor their subscription. We only received 3 boxes of the 6 box, 6 month subscription. Emailed serval Times with no response.

After making a single purchase with The Wod Box, my gift boxes arrived as planned. In the following months after my first purchase, I've been billed repeatedly over the past year for goods without my permission. I haven't received any receipts for those charges (I caught them on my credit card statement). I haven't received any of the goods I was billed for (and I don't want them). I've tried reaching out to this company multiple times to get clarity around why I was billed and ultimately get refunded.

I ordered ahead for the 3-month plan twice, I only received 3 boxes out of the 6, I tried emailing and never got anything back from them.
I started this program in January and it seems like I am only getting every other months box. also only getting 4 items in the box instead of the 5-6 promised. Super unhappy about this company, they also have no phone number to talk about this so non-existent customer service.
