Speed Clothes

I placed an order on 17 December 2019 and still had not received one item from the order by 19 January 2020, so I contacted the business. After struggling to even get replies to my inquiries, I was repeatedly assured my missing item would be shipped soon. When it became apparent this was not going to happen I began asking for a refund. They stopped replying to me entirely and never issued a refund, even though it is now the end of June 2020.
