I have been attempting to get a tech out to install my cable wire into my wall for monthsEverytime someone actually does come out, they state they are unable to do it themselves, I have to schedule an appointment with a contractor who can complete the workAfter scheduling those appointments many times, they STILL send out a tech unable to do the jobAfter the last time a tech came out in Sept, he rescheduled any appointment for a contractor to do my wire, and then an appointment for him to return to turn on my cable servicesNeither one showed up and never received any phone callsmonths later and I have received no calls, even after calling and voicing complaints for several times a week, I also called and requested a supervisor, still no fixes to my problemKeep in mind I was in this same exact situation a couple months before at my old apartmentTime Warner is a sad excuse for a companyI'm also pretty sure they just canceled my account instead of trying to resolve my cable wire problem

I have been a customer since 12/01/I pay for home phone service and high speed internetI pay for meg download and have never been able to receive better than That speed generally comes after a tech comes to my houseI have had the router changed times, reset and channels changed everytime I call to no availThis afternoon while trying to upload some docs to my bank, they would not go throughI did the speed test from TWC and it was meg download and 1,uploadSo I called, after minutes and resets and channels being changed I got back to megsDuring the conversation I stated that I was sick of paying $+ a month for a service I wasn't gettingThe op said she wanted to speak to CC to see of they could do something for meA minutes on hold I got "Raven" in North CarolinaShe came on the line barely audible and didn't ask me a question or say hello, just abruptly told me that I wasn't eligible for any promotions at this timeNo room to finish

In preparation for a military deployment I called Spectrum to ask if they could suspend my account while I'm gone I was told that they have nothing in place for military, but that I could put my account on a seasonal hold for a small monthly fee I was also informed that I could only set this up 2-days prior to the date the suspension would start
The first issue with this is that although the charge will be less, I am still being charged for a service I cannot use I'm not going away to my vacation home I'm deploying
The second issue is the 2-days notice I planned ahead because the last thing I need during my last week before deployment is to worry about my internet bill Additionally, this causes an OPSEC concern I don't generally tell my internet provider when I'm leaving for this very reason I just time it to the end of the month I've paid for
Another issue is they mentioned the seasonal hold can't be for more than nine months This means if my deployment is more than nine months I am simply out of luck and have to eat setup fees to restart it when I get back
I realize companies aren't required to have something in place for deploying military, but if a service member can only choose between two providers at their apartment complex at least one of them should be military friendly Or maybe they shouldn't have a monopoly in the first place

Mr. W[redacted]We apologize for any inconvenience you had with the boat that you rented, but these issues were a direct result of operator error.  You sucked up the tube rope into the Jet pump, which we tried to remove so you could get the boat back that you had damaged.  Unfortunately you had...

sucked up the rope and drove the boat for sometime with the rope in it, which caused the rope to get impacted and melted onto the driveshaft.  We had to have an outside mechanic take the pump apart to remove the rest of the impacted rope.  Refunds are not issued for time lost on damaged equipment.  We are mailing all invoices and documents to you regarding your rental.  A credit had been issued for the remaining deposit that was held.

The response from Arizona Watersports is missing several key points; I was charged 126 dollars on 8/11 to get the boat repaired for the next day; I was told that this would be to pay for the damages "up front". I signed a piece of documentation which corroborates this.At that time, I was promised the boat back and if there were any issues I would get a call later that day (8/11). I received no new information until 10:30AM on 8/12, when I was informed that my deposit was being captured. When I pressed for specific details, I was given none.On 8/13 I requested an itemized list of costs as well as the contract which I had signed so that I could review their policy on lost time. I was refused any and all documentation. Two weeks have passed since I have had any contact with the company (despite repeated attempts by email and phone for the contract and receipts); there is no way to know if any of the repairs were actually done beyond the scope of the original assessment made at the store on 8/11. In addition to this specific incident the issue of the boat being completely misrepresented when I rented it remains; when I inquired with the manager about this, I was informed there was nothing they could do and no refunds would be issued. As of 8/25 I have STILL not received the contract or refund of my deposit.
