I constantly had to call to get cards. My first cards took 4 months to get (wow). I was told by [redacted] that the manufacture ([redacted]) would do demo products to get the customer buying. I talk to [redacted] and he says "no way". I was supposed to try to sell a bale (50-60) dozen towels to hair salons who goes threw 5 to 6 dozen a year. This is crazy. They do not want that many towels laying around.
I was told from [redacted] to try to sell to hotels/motels also when I find out [redacted] (the manufacture) is already selling to them directly. I got no calls from hotels/motels. I can't even match their prices. What a waste of time.
All the promises [redacted] has made are just that. I told [redacted] in the beginning I am not going door to door to sell towels but this is the only way I could make any money in this business.
I want the money back for the 3 sets of cards I didn't get.
this customer got postcards every time he called, we did one market at a time, . he then decided not to do the business, without any reason, and stopped ordering cards. I personally spoke with him multiple times and helped. prior to this complaint, I only earn if he sells product, I get...
a small commission from the factory on his volume, so its in my best interest to help, which I did. I spent hours in training, he did not follow through with his plan. I have helped , and so has the factory anytime he needed anything. . I can only hope he decides to move forward. or I lose all the time , knowledge I have taught him. he has never asked for a refund, and I am very surprised to see him start a complaint, when he stopped working? I hope he will reconsider and follow through with the business plan . when you don't follow a plan , its hard to get things rolling faster. thank you [redacted]

I sent the cards as fast as here ordered them, we are able to undersell any company, he told me he was going to do a lot of outside sales, which did not happen, our factories are ready for him, he will get a new medical website and cards in the next 2 weeks, for free.
