them to see if in fact they could locate my payment. Instead she challenged whether I in fact contacted the office. You can see in my attached cell phone records I, in fact, called in July, October and December and the February call she mentions. I am confident I called in addition to that, but likely called from my office, or my husband was unable to locate the record. I also attached the cancelled check. In addition I sent a certified payment. In all of this, my concern was not getting a call back and getting reported to a credit bureau. It's been very frustrating.
