After my home was built I made an appointment and contracted with Spectrum to do an inspection on June 21, I was given the cost and an agreement formOnce the inspection was done the tech reviewed his findings with me and told me that for $his cocould do a post inspection after the construction comade repairsOnce the repairs were done I called Spectrum to schedule a post inspectionI was not quoted a price and did not sign any agreementWhen the second inspection was done the tech reviewed the issues w/meI asked if there was anything else I needed to do and he said noTo access the new report on the computer I was informed there is a $fee! When I called the owner of Spectrum she said that her assttold me the cost, which she DID NOTIn fact, the appointment email for Nov21st states, 'The inspection will cost No Services Selected.? I told the owner that I wouldn't have done the inspection for $but I would pay $and she threatened to send me to coll
