I have on record one call from the client to call the state for herI do not have a copy of the letter she says she got or a signed power of attorney so I can speak for her.I have called her phone and left messages for what I need, but I have no response yet. I cannot help those who will not
do as I needThe state will NOT talk to me without a power of attorney and without the letter I have NO IDEA what they have a problem with.Am I sure the male voice saying thanks for calling XXX XXX XXXX is really her phone????? Nope
