I came across Spectrum from a friend that told me about the service that they could provide. I originally spoke to Jason and he went through what I needed to do to get capital for a real estate project I had going with a partner. I will admit the process took a little longer than I would have liked but I enjoyed dealing with Brian he was solid and really helped ensure that everything was completed. I ended up getting just shy of $66,000 and really am not sure if I would have been able to get the cash anywhere else, or least for the cost I paid. Overall it was a good experience and would not have an issue recommending them to friends.

The whole process seemed very different from conventional funding and the it took a few days longer than expected, but my rep Brian Murphy was very well informed and professional. Will definitely use their services again.
