I am in receipt of the complaint #***I sent a response on May 1, *** *** requested a refund from the academy days before her contract end date of March 27, She had not previously complained, or expressed any dissatisfaction with the course, teachers or the school in
generalIn fact, it was the oppositeAfter enrolling, I saw *** *** times in my office when she made payments and asked for a letter of enrollment (Mar6- payment, Mar15-payment, and Mar20th -enrollment letter)I asked her each time how was the class goingHer response on ALL THREE OCCASIONS was, "It's going good, I like it here, I'm learning a lot." *** *** is not due a refund because she requested to be withdrawn days before the course was complete and her accusations are all unfoundedShe never once complained, verbally or in writing, about anything until April 25, when asking for a refund.Thanks for your attention to this matter.Sincerely, Patricia P***Executive Director
