I am responding to the complaint that [redacted] submitted. First off if the proposal did not state permit and if there was no charge for a permit we would not pull one that would have to be the homeowners respondabilty. I did submit the information to weil mcclain for the extended warranty...
some how it did not get put through which I have explain to the home owner I am still working on the issue and I have told the homeowner that we would cover any repairs until this is resolve, which I have been paying. I told the homeowner that I would contact her when I find out anything I still am working on the issue. Weil McClain have many customers to deal with and so do I. I am sorry that I can not just work on one customer, and since I have said I would pay for all repairs I figure there would be no problems. Has for the boiler being installed incorrect is not true fist off the inspector would have said something and other HVAC companies will say anything to get more work and will tell someone what they want to here. I am sorry if this sound mean but I am doing my best and 2008 was a long time ago and all of the paper work is pack away in boxes. I have been trying to go through them when I can. So has far as I am concern this matter should be closed and found that I have not ignored the homeowner and have been paying for all of her repairs that would be covered under warranty. Thank you for your time in this matter.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
If Becker ever filed the paperwork with WeilMclain (which I doubt) I would think they would like to fully resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Yes they said they would get back to me when resolved, but this timeline is getting a little ridiculous. I have no reasonable expectation that they will continue to pay for any needed repairs for the remaining year and a half of the warrantee since they have been avoiding any communication. Nothing takes 8 years to resolve.
