Review: Failure to comply with racing contract as well as failure to notify the termination of company. Business did not refund money racing package.
After purchasing a race package through this company the date for my race was continuously delayed. After several explanations as to why the race was delayed we finally agreed upon a set date. A week prior to the date of my race I contacted the race organizer via e-mail, as this was their preferred method of contact, to confirm that my date was still in effect. With no response I sent a follow up e-mail. Again, with no response to my second e-mail I went to their business website to seek a different form of contact and was advised by a message on their home page that they were no longer in business. My main complaint with this company is the failure to contact their clients to inform them of their closure, and to post an immediate refund. Purchasers of this company should not have to go out of their way to find out this business has been closed down, via a message through their website, as well as asking for a refund themselves. To date I have not received a refund nor a response to my numerous contacts. Desired Settlement: I am demanding a refund to my original use of payment, as well as an explanation why this company closed and did not notify their customers.
Review: I purchased a certificate for racing. The racing was cancelled. Requested a refund per website. I have not received it.
I went to the raceway to redeem my certificates and they told me the certificates could not be redeemed and referred me to the website to file for a refund, the deadline was August 31st.
I sent this e-mail on Aug. 20th in response to the inablility for the raceway to honor the certificates I purchased in Dec. 2012.

I purchased two certificates for the All American Speedway. Package: One Session # X-X-XXXXXXX-XX and Package: One Race Rental # X-X-XXXXXXX-XX. We were unable to redeem these certificates due to the closure. What is being done to recify this problem? When will my refund be given? They cost me a total of $200.00 from my debit card. If you need additional information, please let me know. Your immediate response is appreciated. I just sent another e-mail via Outlook Express, but I don't think it went through.
