I am rejecting this response because:If your company would have repaired it right the first time (your tech dug it up the first time, he just put the fitting on the ball valve wrong) the other cuts and fittings he did on the main water line left no room for errorWhich is what he did\--he error-edBesides, you did not have the common courtesy to call me and work it outYou just "put your head in the sand" and never answered my calls/messagesYou knew you were not doing the right thing by meNot to mention lying to me that a crew was coming out but didn'tNo callTerrible customer service

Mr. [redacted], we are sorry that you are upset but we do not guarantee repairs on water lines only on full replacements. As a courtesy we would normally repair if it was within the same scope of work as before but in your case we would probably have to dig under the sidewalk because there is not enough...

room to properly repair. We did not repair because we did not get paid to do any additional work not done the first time.
