We hired [redacted] from Speciality Wood Floors to help us with our 1930s wood floors when we bought a house that had been terribly neglected. He surpassed [redacted] expectations and more. Our floors and beautiful. They look new but still have the old charm. He was quick, stayed in touch with videos of the progress, and was very professional.

Wonderful owner, staff, etc.
We were in a rush to get our floors done due to restoration being in from a water leak. [redacted] emailed me immediately. Came over the next day. He gave us a reasonable quote to pull up carpet in the living room and tile in the restroom and lay hardwoods. He was able to do it right away.
We thought the restoration would sand these alone with our others they were repairing and they would all be in the same room. Run together. Well they wouldn't. So we called [redacted] right away. He was able to get their hardwood guy on the floor and match up what we already had and what the restoration company would be using after sanding and staining.
He gave us a price and could stain them as well.
They installed, sanded, stained and added trim to the molding in 5 days.
From the time of the email to the completely project it was done right away. Wood delivered on Fri. Work began mon and finished on Friday.
The floors are beautiful and we are so happy!!
